Graduated in Electronic Engineering at Milan Polytechnic, he spent five years in Associated Press, where he occupied a series of increasingly senior positions.
In 1999 he joined Fastweb from the very beginning of the start-up phase. From 2001 to 2005 he was Director of Multimedia Interactive Television department
at Fastweb in charge of overall IPTV service implementation including IPTV Platform, Video on Demand, Live TV, Interactive TV, Content Management System, Media Asset Management and Content Production & Post-Production.
From 2005 to 2006 Fabrizio was Director of IPTV at Bulldog Communications in London - established in 2000 as a specialist provider of broadband and phone services to both consumers and businesses and bought by Cable and Wireless in 2004.
Since July 2006, he is the Director of IPTV at ON Telecoms, with full responsibility for Design, Implementation and End-User Service Development of IPTV platform designed for delivering Broadcast-Quality Television services over Broadband IP Network.
ON Telecoms is a new-generation telecommunications company that started commercial operations in January 2007 in Greece. It has successfully completed installation of a metropolitan fiber optic network totaling 220 Km of fiber in the Attica Region of Greece. The company offers Voice Telephony, High Speed Broadband and Television to residential and business customers.
