Andrey joined VimpelCom in 2008. Today he manages Broadband products development (Broadband Internet, Home Phone, IPTV, bundles of FTTB-based and Beeline mobile services) and coordinates non-FTTB related services (SIP-based IM, femto-cells). Since 2006 Andrey had been working for Golden Telecom, which in 2008 became part of the VimpelCom Group. In Golden Telecom Andrey was responsible for consumer product development, including wireless and wireline broadband Internet and Voice.
In 2004 Andrey graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and in 2002 from Budapest University of Technology and Economics with an Engineer's Degree.
