Andrey Alekseyev, Director IP service network, COMSTAR United Telesystems

Andrey brings over 10 years of engineering, project management and leadership experience to his current role of Director IP service network. In this position, Andrey is responsible for the development and operations of COMSTAR international IP/MPLS backbone which transports huge amounts of Internet and media traffic for COMSTAR.

Prior to joining COMSTAR at the beginning of 2006, Andrey worked in the Internet industry and in a variety of ICT divisions for enterprises. Andrey holds a diploma in electronics from St.Petersburg Electrotechnical University and pursues an EMBA degree from the University of Antwerp Management School.
